1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, purchasing a program, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Infrared Sculpt OC provides non-invasive body contouring services using invisa-RED® infrared laser technology. All services are for wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

  • invisa-RED® services are not a substitute for medical care

  • You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions prior to treatment

  • Certain conditions may contraindicate treatment, including but not limited to pregnancy, pacemakers, active cancer, photosensitivity disorders, and open wounds in the treatment area

  • You have consulted or will consult your physician if you have any health concerns before beginning a program

Infrared Sculpt OC reserves the right to decline service to any individual for whom treatment is deemed inappropriate.

4. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. Infrared Sculpt OC makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. Results depend on individual body composition, lifestyle, program consistency, hydration, and other factors outside our control. Testimonials and case examples on our website represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

5. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions must be booked in advance

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours notice

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session

  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to staff availability or circumstances beyond our control with reasonable advance notice

6. Founders Circle Program Terms

  • The Founders Circle offer is limited to 10 clients on a first-come, first-served basis

  • The program includes 12 invisa-RED® sessions, weekly InBody tracking, vibration plate each visit, and a personalized contouring plan

  • Sessions must be used within 6 months of program start date

  • Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable once the program has begun

  • Unused sessions may be forfeited after the program expiration date

7. Payment

  • Payment is due at time of booking or program purchase

  • We accept the payment methods listed at checkout

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy

8. Refund Policy

  • Unused program sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis within 30 days of purchase if no sessions have been used

  • Once sessions have begun, refunds are not available for completed sessions

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@infraredsculptOC.com

9. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Infrared Sculpt OC, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and branding is the property of Infrared Sculpt OC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
